DO NOT place the order on the website. Instead, contact us via email or phone with the specific silencer you want. This allows us to offer discounts and ensures we can serve as the selling dealer. . Otherwise, I can’t offer discounts and won’t be the selling dealer so nothing listed below will be possible.

Upon selecting your silencer, we will send you an invoice that includes the (often discounted) silencer price and the $205 tax stamp required by the ATF. Pay the invoice using cash, check, or card, and we will proceed with the order placement through Silencer Shop.

Upon receiving payment,  I then place the order with Silencer Shop and you will instantly see an email with your order number, serial number, and steps. The email will include a“kiosk code”which can be used to pull up your order in the app. You now own a specific serial numbered unit! We just have to get through the paperwork and approval so you can take it home. However, it is held for you at this point!

Visit our location in Hudson, where we can assist you with completing the fingerprinting card on-site. We will then mail your prints to Silencer Shop for uploading into the ATF portal. Additionally, download the Silencer Shop app and capture a selfie for your application, which will be uploaded to the portal as well.

Pay Silencer Shop directly for the selected trust, and if you opt for an NFA Gun Trust, we have a notary available on-site to assist you. Silencer Shop will utilize the information, picture, fingerprints, and trust details you provided to prefill your Form 4. You will then receive the final document for review, signature, and submission.

After submitting your Form 4, sit back and wait for the ATF's review. The typical processing time ranges from 7 to 10 months.
